A daily goal to improve on yesterdays performance and continue to capture the world’s finest aerial images has gone a long way to placing Airview Xtreme at the forefront of the Australian film and television industries. From cinematic works of art, to live broadcasts and sporting events, Airview Xtreme offers a comprehensive range of services, with the equipment and expertise to ensure your exact requirements are met – professionally, every time. Airview Xtreme Aerial Filming was created to provide a one-stop-shop for film companies, television productions, ENG and live broadcast projects, and to provide a complete aerial image and film capture service. By virtually eliminating the traditional co-ordination and timing hassles usually associated with aerial film and video production, Airview Xtreme now provides a 'turn key' service and is conveniently located at Fox Studios, Moore park, Sydney. The company came into being in late 2006 with the meeting of Stephen Brookes, Managing Director of the Airview Group of companies, and Nathan Tomlinson, an experienced Sydney based cinematographer. Stephen Brookes and the Airview Group were looking to expand their growing image capture business. Ideas were discussed, business plans created and the purchase of a high definition, gyro stabilized camera system known as the Cineflex V14, quickly followed.
Utilising his extensive background in production and remote head camera operation, Nathan Tomlinson was directly involved in the specification and purchase of the companies state of the art Cineflex V14 camera systems. Nathan assumed the role of manager of Airview Xtreme in early 2007 and has since taken an equity in the company.
